Leadership Coach and Author Jamie Morley

Jamie Morley is a leadership coach, trainer and the founder of Fitting Leadership. He works with dental practice leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capability, improve team effectiveness and create behaviour change that leads to lasting improvement. He has over 30 years of experience of leading teams in healthcare with seventeen of those spent at Johnson & Johnson, and seven at Align Technology, where he was the General Manager for the UK and Ireland business during a period of significant growth. Jamie has a degree in business studies from Sheffield Hallam University and an MSc in coaching and behavioural change from Henley Business School, where he developed his ability to help others change and evolve.

  • Who is The Dental Leadership Space for?

    The Space is for dental practice leaders who want practical, confidential support with the challenges of leading people and teams. This may include practice managers, practice owners, principals, associate dentists moving into leadership, and others with team or people responsibility.

  • What types of challenge can I bring?

    You can bring real leadership, people and team challenges—for example, difficult conversations, team performance, accountability, delegation, conflict, feedback, communication, workload or change. The Space is designed for situations where you would value perspective and time to think.

  • How does the between-session support work?

    You can post a question in the private member space or submit a focused question directly to Jamie. You will receive a considered response within two working days.

  • How confidential is it?

    Every member agrees to a confidentiality and participation agreement before the group begins. Members are expected to respect what is shared, avoid naming identifiable individuals or unnecessary details, and not copy, record or share group discussions outside The Dental Leadership Space. The live sessions are not recorded in any way.

  • Is this one-to-one coaching?

    No. The Dental Leadership Space is a small, facilitated group support experience, with the opportunity to submit focused questions between sessions. It does not include individual coaching calls.

  • Is this HR, legal or clinical advice?

    No. The Space provides leadership perspective and facilitated discussion. It does not replace specialist HR, employment-law, legal, clinical, financial or safeguarding advice.

  • What does the £150 include?

    The Founding Group runs from November 2026 to January 2027 and includes three monthly 90-minute live sessions, access to the private member space, and the opportunity to submit focused leadership questions for a response within two working days.

  • What happens after the Founding Group ends?

    The first three months are the Founding Group. Members will be invited to continue first if an ongoing version of The Dental Leadership Space is introduced after January. Any future format and pricing will be confirmed nearer the time.
